We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel, as it exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and clean, which we appreciated. The staff was also helpful and accommodating, especially the housekeepers who made sure to return later if we were still in the room. It was convenient that the reception desk had staff available throughout the night. Additionally, the hotel was located in a nice neighborhood with a coffee shop nearby, providing a pleasant atmosphere for us to relax.

The hotel offered fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which was great for staying connected while on a city trip. the rooms were kept clean during our stay. We loved that the hotel was located near public transportation options, making it easy to explore different parts of the city.
The rooms were quite small, which made it difficult to move around and store luggage. the beds were not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

We stayed over Christmas and the hotel was festively decorated, which was a nice touch. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was clean, which was a relief. The location was also good, with easy access to public transportation and restaurants within walking distance.
The room was incredibly small, barely enough space to move around in. We also had to pay extra for breakfast, which wasn't mentioned when we booked.
